Keywords: web blog, writing skill, narrative textWriting is one of the English skills that students have to acquire in learning English. However, the students have low activeness in learning process, which leads to low students’ writing skills. Therefore, the teacher needs an innovative teaching strategy to motivate the students to improve in the classroom. One of the media that can be implemented is the web blog medium. This study implemented a web blog to enhance students’ narrative text-writing skills in junior high school education.This study was intended to fulfill two objectives. The first is to find out whether there are differences in students’ writing skill between those taught using web blog and those taught using power point medium. The second is to determined whether a Web Blog will effectively improve narrative writing skills in Junior High School.
