Indonesia has joined the Asean Economic Community (AEC). The AEC makes foreign people easier to come to Indonesia. This also has an impact on various factors, especially in the public places and tourism sectors. One of the affected places is Borobudur International Golf, where the impact of AEC requires the caddies at the Borobudur International Golf to be able to communicate using English. In this regard, the Kampus Merdeka program in collaboration with the English Education Department of Universitas Tidar held an internship at Borobudur International Golf and still found that the caddies have a lack of speaking skills. This is because there are no guidelines or speaking materials provided for the caddies. In response to the problems above, this Research and Development (R&D) is intended to fulfill three objectives. First, to identify Caddies’ needs at Borobudur International Golf. In addition, this study aims to develop a Speaking module consisting of English for Caddy material using Book Creator; and to measure the feasibility of the product. Regarding the development model, the study followed the ADDIE model proposed by Branch (2010). The study carried out three stages: analyzing the need to carry out the caddy training classes, designing the product, and developing the product. In the development stage, the product was validated and revised. In the analysis phase, the study revealed that both students and teachers were cognizant that they required English for caddy material that was easy to be operated every time and everywhere to support caddies improve their speaking skills. While in the design phase, the first draft of the speaking digital module using Book Creator was designed. In the third phase, two experts from material and media validated the product. The Easy to Learn Speaking English (ELSE) module is considered very worthy of being used, with a feasibility score of the product is 98.53%. In addition, both validators recommended that the product is worth with revisions, making the digital module ready to be implemented after revision. Based on these results, the practical implementation is provided. Further, the implementation and evaluation of the speaking digital module using Book Creator are required to examine the effectiveness of the product.
