Keywords: Cultural content, Content Analysis, Indonesian English textbook,Merdeka Curriculum.Merdeka Curriculum is a result of adaptations from the 2013 curriculum as a response to the learning loss caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. It aims to improve the quality of learning by focusing on essential materials as well as developing students' character and competencies. This study was conducted to analyze the cultural content in the English textbook "English for Nusantara," in order to achieve the objectives of the curriculum. This study used a qualitative design, particularly content analysis. The data were collected from the cultural content in an "English for Nusantara" textbook for seventh grade of Junior High School and analyzed to reveal the suitability of cultural content with Pancasila values, cultural categories, and cultural learning criteria. Moreover, investigator triangulation was used in this study to validate the data and check the credibility.
