PENGARUH KONSENTRASI DAN SAAT PEMBERIAN PUPUK GANDASIL D TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT CACAO ( Theobrome cacao L.)

ABSTRACT

The experiment of the effect of concentration and time of application by Gandasil D folliar fertilizer on yield of cacao (Theobroma cacao L.), it had been done on regosol soil, pH 6,5 at Kramat village, nort Magelang, at Magelang district, was carried aut during 31 Nof ember 1990 until Februari 1991, an elevation 365 meters above the sen.

The experiment was done by using factorial method with Randomised Completely Block (RCED) concist of two factors of treatment and three time of treatment. The first factors was concentration of folliar fertilizer gandasil D there wer 1, 3 and 5 grams/litters of water. The second factors was time application on folliar fertilizer there wer 10, 20 and 30 days after planting. So be acquire of 12 treatment combination with three replication.

The analysis of variance of the refer to concentration of folliar give no significant effect to seedling height, number leaves, diameter stem, root lenght, fresht weight and dry weight. Time application of folliar fertilizer give significant effect to root lenght, fresht weight, dry weight and there is interaction between the treatment toward the number leaves.

The highest result for seedling height, number leaves, diameter stem go from treatment K., and to root lenght, fresht weight and dry weight go from treatment K. Time of application good go from treatment S, at seedling height, number leaves and diameter stem of seedling.
