From cycle I to cycle II the improvement was 41% who passed the standard scores. The students who passed the standard score rose from 24% of the total score to 65%. The three stages show that students are enthusiastic about the learning and want to learn new strategies they have never had before in order to improve their writing skills.
The researcher suggest that teacher may use story pyramid strategy or else similar with the strategy combined with movie because of the research’s result. There are many advantages that can be considered in the use of this strategy.
