SKRIPSI PREDIKSI SISA USIA PAKAI TRANSFORMATOR TENAGA 60 MVA DI GARDU INDUK 150 KV KEBUMEN
A power transformer is an important piece of equipment in the distribution of electrical energy which is expected to operate continuously and have a service life that is in accordance with its estimates. Transformer loading is one of the factors that influences the remaining useful life of a power transformer. This research aims to predict loading using the ARIMA method and calculations to determine the remaining useful life of one of the transformers at the Kebumen 150 kV substation. ARIMA modeling shows that the (2, 1, 0) (1, 1, 0, 12) model provides the best performance with a seasonal period every 12 months and a very good MAPE value of 1.55%. This model is able to capture patterns from historical data and show transitions towards more stable values over time until the end of the prediction period. This pattern tends to be in line with the calculation of the remaining useful life of power transformers which is based on the results of the load predictions. Even though there is an increase in loading which causes a decrease in the remaining useful life, the value remains above the normal limit every year. This confirms that the power transformer is still in good condition and has a service life in accordance with IEC standards (30 years). Keyword : ARIMA, Lifetime, Predictions, Transformer
