SKRIPSI PENGARUH PENDELEGASIAN WEWENANG, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOORDINASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA
The Implementation of National Development depends on some factors such as Participation of all society, the ability of Civil Servant in implementing a legal order and legal administration, having a good facilities and soon. For this, each governmental organization that is one of legislative institutions for the development must be able to conduct and manage appropriately his organization in order to meet the ends of organization can be reached effectively. It means that the success gained is appropriate to the early end. Thereby, it need to considering the human resourse in the organization, have they worked appropriate with the procedure and have they has a good performance? This question need to be considered because the career system of civil servant is the system of work performance. To encourage the national development program of governmental organization both in central and regional one, it need to motivate his human resource development in order to get a good performance in their work.
Likewise in Regional Secretariat, Regency of Banjarnegara, to implementing the function and task must consider the works performance of his employee. To support this works performance, there are factors that influence such as faktor of authority delegation, the work discipline and factor of coordination.
Relate to this case, this thesis try to explore the problem namely is there any impact among the authority delegation, work discipline and coordination for the works performance of civil servant in Regional Secretariat, Regency of Banjarnegara by applying the hypothesis:
A. MAJOR HYPOTHESIS
There is a significant effect among the delegation of authority, work discipline and the coordination for the performance of civil servant.
B. MINOR HYPHOTHESIS
1. There is a significant effect between the variables of the delegation of authority for the performance of civil servant
2. There is a significant effect between the variables of work discipline for the performance of civil servant.
