The distric autonomy which to stand on the law, 22 of 1999,as carry out the goverment fungtion in the distric, must be carried by some structure and infra structure. Among others law, human nature as a material which be cultivated and income to distric development and profecional human resourches as actor of development.

The aim of this research is to know what wether effect among leadership, motivations and controlling towards official's works productivity in the Goverment System Departement and Organization and Civil Service System in Magelang District Secretariate Office.

The type of this research is explorations, discriptions and explanatory, and collec data be used questionary technic. The sample of this research be used the purposive sampling technic.

From this research can be conclucioned that there effect among leadership, motivations and controlling towards official's work productivity in the Government System Departement and Organizations and Civil Service System in Magelang District Secretariate Office by procentace 55%.
