The aim of this research is to determine the dose of lime peel extract that has a significant impact on the survival of tilapia fry, including in terms of inductive time and sedative time. This research was conducted at the Ambarawa Fish Hatchery and Cultivation Workshop and used a Completely Randomized Design with 3 treatments and 4 replications, and went through a pre-research stage. The treatments used include doses of 10 ml, 15 ml, and 20 ml. The variables tested included inductive time, sedative time, and survival of tilapia fry, while supporting variables included behavior during the anesthesia process and water quality. The results of the study showed that administering different doses of orange peel extract had an influence on the survival rate of tilapia fry. Treatment with a dose of 10 ml showed a survival rate of 90%, with an inductive time of 1410 seconds, and a sedative time of 375 seconds. Treatment with a dose of 15 ml showed a survival rate of 93%, with an inductive time of 1155 seconds and a sedative time of 435 seconds. Treatment with a dose of 20 ml showed a survival rate of 82%, with an induction time of 675 seconds, and a sedative time of 495 seconds. Water quality parameters after the anesthesia process include temperature between 25 to 28°C, pH 7.44 to 8.42, and dissolved oxygen (DO) levels between 8 to 8.9 mg/L.
