SKRIPSI KERAGAAN AGRONOMI GENOTIPE KEDELAI (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) DARI PERSILANGAN BERBEDA
ABSTRACT
Agronomic Performance of Soybean Genotypes (Glycine Max (L.) Merrill) From Different Crosses Adhitya Febriansyah1) , Agus Suprapto2) , Heru Kuswantoro3) Adhitya.febriansyah@students.untidar.ac.id Soybean plants are one of the food crops that are widely cultivated by the community as raw materials for industrial processing. The low level of soybean productivity needs to be addressed by developing the plants through hybridization. This study aims to determine the agronomic performance of several soybean genotypesfrom different crosses. The study was conducted at the experimental field of Tidar University in Kembangan Hamlet, Sumberrejo Village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency using a Completely Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with one factor in the form of soybean genotypes. Observation data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and further tested using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results of the study showed that the genotype treatment of soybeans has a very significant effect on the observation parameters including plant height, number of branches, number of productive nodes, physiological maturity age, generative duration, number of filled pods, total number of pods, weight of 100 seeds, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, ratio of total pods number/ number of productive nodes, as well as a significant effect on the parameters of 50% flowering age, number of empty pods, and the ratio of number of seeds/number of filled pods. The soybean genotype treatment did not have a significant effect on the seed weight per plot, harvest index, ratio of number Filled pods/total number of pods, ratio of number of empty pods/total number of pods. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in soybean genotypes that can provide variations in growth and yield in plants, and it is noted that genotypes G4 (Grobogan >< UM 6.3-90-1) and G9 (UM 3.4 >< Grobogan-228-1) can excel in several observation parameters.
