SKRIPSI UJI DAYA HASIL BEBERAPA GENOTIPE KEDELAI [Glycine max (L.) Merrill]
ABSTRACT
Yield Test of Some Soybean [Glycine Max (L.) Merrill] Genotypes Ria Tentia Arni ria.tentia.arni@students.untidar.ac.id Soybeans are an important plant-based food commodity in Indonesia because has high in protein. Soybean production has not been able to meet national demand, resulting in increased imports, so it is necessary to improve cultivation techniques, one of which is through the assembly and use of superior varieties. This study aims to analyze the impact of genotype types on the growth and yield of soybean plants (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) and to identify lines with higher production compared to the control variety. The experiment was conducted from October 2024 to February 2025 at the University of Tidar's experimental field in Kembangan Hamlet, Sumberrejo Village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency, using a randomize complete block design (RCBD) with one factor: genotype type. Observation data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and further analyzed using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results indicate that genotype G4 shows higher results in terms of 50% flowering age, number of fertile nodes, number of branches, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, seed weight per plot, and seed number per plant/ pod ratio. For the physiological maturity age parameter, genotypes G3, G6, G7, and G8 showed higher physiological maturity ages. Genotypes G3, G7, and G8 exhibited longer generative durations. Genotypes G8 and G10 showed higher parameters for the number of empty pods and the ratio of empty pods/ total pods. For the parameter of 100-seed weight, genotypes G2, G6, G7, G8, G9, G10, and G12 showed higher values. In terms of plant height, genotypes G3, G5, G7, G8, G10, and G11 showed higher plant height, and in terms of the ratio of filled pods/ total pods, genotypes G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6, G9, G11, and G12 showed a higher ratio. The line with higher yield potential than the Argomulyo variety is G4 (Grobogan x UM 3.2-288-1).
