SKRIPSI PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL BENIH KENTANG (Solanum tuberosum L.) G0 VARIETAS GRANOLA L DAN TEDJO MZ PADA APLIKASI KONSENTRASI PACLOBUTRAZOL
ABSTRACT
Growth and Yield Of Potato Seeds (Solanum tuberosum L.) G0 Granola L. and Tedjo Mz Varieties on Paclobutrazol Concentration Application Dewarani Ainunazim Umairoh ainunazimdewarani@gmail.com Efforts to get quality potato seeds can be done by using superior varieties so that it needs to be considered in the selection of varieties. The use of paclobutrazol according to the concentration given to potato plants is known to increase crop production. The study aims to determine the most optimal concentration of paclobutrazol for two varieties of potato plants. The research was carried out at the KBTPH Kledung Temanggung Screenhouse in January – May 2025 using a 2x4 factorial Complete Group Random Design. Factor I of the varieties includes Granola L. and Tedjo MZ varieties. Factor II concentrations of paclobutrazol include 0, 60, 120, and 180 ppm. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and followed by a T test on factor I of various varieties and a polynomial orthogonal test on factor II concentration of paclobutrazol. The results showed that there was no interaction between the variety and concentration of paclobutrazole in all observation parameters. The Granola L. and Tedjo MZ varieties have the same number of bulbs in the harvest. The optimal concentration of paclobutrazole to increase the yield of potato seeds G0 is a concentration of 126 ppm which can increase the number of tubers in the crop yield.
