TUGAS AKHIR PENGARUH PELAPISAN PASTA SEMEN DAN PASTA SEMEN DITAMBAH ABU PAA AGREGAT TERHADAP UJI KEAUSAN DAN UJI KUAT TEKAN BETON

Aggregate occupy less than 70% volume of concrete, so aggregate's selection is an important part in making of concrete, in other word aggregate which has low quality will producing low press concrete or on the contrary. Whereas, the material sources supply various kinds of rough aggregate, not all of them fullfil the condition as an aggregate concrete maker.

Looking at the problem, this final examination is trying to examine the rough agregates which porous (under the standard of condition), plated by cement paste and the aggregates plated by cemen paste added the stone ash.

Both aggregate tested in the Los Angeles machine after their ages of 28 days and another part made as material of concrete maker, and at the age of 28 days, concrete tested the strong under press.

The result of the threadbare test showing that the plated aggregates quality increased. Whereas in the strong press test, the concrete wich use aggregate plated is decrease comparing the concrete with real aggregate.
