ABSTRACT
The estimation of workers demand is very important for in the beginning of construction. The information about the project and the available time is limited, so the contractor needs brief and clear method to predict the workers demand.
This research is aimed to develop one method of workers demand estimation on the building construction project with the amount of total fare as the predictor.
The used method is the calculation of direct workers cost percentage to total structural fare, the identification of workers composition, the type of structural fee budgeting of building frame and direct workers fee as the function. Beside this the definition of mathematic model to estimate the workers cost demand based on regression analysis.
be used to The result of this research can calculate the needed of the construction project employee, so the contractor can estimate the needed of employer in a contraction project efficiently.
