SKRIPSI KAJIAN MACAM BOKASHI DAN DOSIS KALIUM TERHADAP HASIL TANAMAN MENTIMUN (Cucumis sativus, L.)

ABSTRACT
A research about the effect of bokashi kind and kalium fertilizer dose on yield of cucumber (Cucumis sativus, L) had been carried out since June 16, 2003 until August 18, 2003 at Muntilan Village, Muntilan sub district, Magelang regency, Central Java Province. The altitude is 358 m.
The research uses factorial experiment ( 3 X 4) in randomized completely block design, consist of jive replications. The first factor is kind of bokashi consist of three levels: bokashi Shikantan, bokashi Poepoes and bokashi Shisako. The second factor is dose of kalium fertilizer consist of/our levels: 0 g, 4.5 g, 9g, and 13.5 gper plant.
The result of the research shows that bokashi Shikantan is enhance flowering iniciation. The increase dose of kalium fertilizer can enhance flowering iniciation. Excessive application of an organic fertilizer causes non significant effect of kinds of bokashi and kalium dose on other observed parameter.
