SKRIPSI HUBUNGAN PENGAWASAN DAN MOTIVASI DENGAN PRESTASI KERJA PADA KANTOR SUB BIDANG REKAM MEDIK BADAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN RSU TIDAR MAGELANG

abstraksi
In order to achieve national objectives, the government tried to implement development in the whole country through certain stages as a whole which includes the development of an aperture in both central and local departments and non-ministerial department or State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), including the Office sub Division Hospital Medical Records Tidar Magelang.
In improving the civil service office of Sub Division Hospital Medical Records Tidar Magelang have qualified. It required an increase in job performance to the success of the organization's goals. If the increase in the employment perstasi goes well, it will facilitate the work of employees so that the goal will be achieved smoothly. Furthermore, to enhance the performance of the employee, the supervision and motivation is very necessary because it is a determining factor for the success of the employee's work performance.
In this regard this paper tries to express issues raised is "Is there a significant relationship between supervision and motivation with work performance?" By showing hypothesis:
1. Major hypotheses
There is a significant relationship between supervision and motivation of the employees work performance
2. Hypothesis Monir
- There is a significant relationship between the performance of the supervisory employee
There is a significant relationship between motivation and employee performance
In a study that takes a sample of 25 respondents was obtained by the data collection techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires and dokumentasi.
Sources of data derived from primary data and secondary data, while data analysis or testing the hypothesis using quantitative analysis and statistical analysis techniques product moment correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation (plural), the coefficient determinant and f test. And the results of this analysis are:
