ABSTRACTION

Performance someone does not stand alone, it can give impact on motivation and self-discipline, otherwise self-discipline and motivation can encourage better performance. In the case, with the performance of services that determine the quality of the public services, where human resources is just one thing, work systems, software, organizational support on performance, software and hardware, and that is not less important is the spatial arrangement is believed to be a supportive factor for be formated of better performance It Is not beneficial something but must be realized by the agency targeted research, that there is lack of performance in this institution for better service. In the future there is can be recommended for the public service of Sawangan districk office to be more professional, better serve and better quality.
