ABSTRACT:
Generally, the development that usually done by all countries all over the world is aim to increase people’s welfare. To see the people’s welfare level in a country, one of the variable is by seeing the per capita income of its country. Per
capita income can be achieved by growing the economic growth. To achieve the economic growth, the role of economic agents have to be optimized. In Indonesia, there are 3 economic agents can be described, such as : country, private sector, and coperation. Koperasi is an association which organized with familiarity and mutual co-operation from one member to another. To obtain the information about the cooperation role in achieving the member welfare, in this research, the researcher is try to analyze the benefit or influence of giving loans and deposits to the cooperation member; a case study at Koperasi Pariwisata Catra Gemilang, Borobudur, Kabupaten Magelang from the period 2011 until 2015. The population of the research is taken from the member of Koperasi Pariwisata Catra Gemilang who obtain some contribution from the loan given and also those who have saving and deposit in the Koperasi Pariwisata Catra Gemilang.
The type of data used in this research is secondary data from Koperasi Pariwisata Catra Gemilang. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research is conclude that by giving loans to the member and saving deposit from the member has contribute positive and meaningful benefits to increase the member’s income. Here all, the resume of the result analysis given by the researcher, hopefully be useful for related parties.
