The research entitled "Effect of Total Labor, Capital and Raw Material Costs Of Production Industry Bamboo In the village KebonsariBorobudur subdistrict of Magelang regency 2016" have the aim to determine the influence of the amount of labor, capital and raw material costs to the production of handicraft industry bamboo Village Kebonsari. The problem in this research were 1) Industrial craft ranks as the third largest contributor to gross domestic product (GDP) amounted to 14.88% of the creative economy, 2) Village Kebonsari have the potential of bamboo handicraft that reached the market in Yogyakarta, Medan, Bali, Jakarta and Malaysia and 3) the more the number of entrepreneurs bamboo craft and market demand so many workers absorbed. This research examines the production of bamboo crafts in the village Kebonsari Borobudur subdistrict of Magelang regency. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the amount of labor, capital and raw material costs positively affects the production. And from the results of data analysis using statistical tools show that together the amount of labor, capital and raw material costs significantly influence the production of bamboo crafts in the village Kebonsari. It can be concluded that the independent variables affect the dependent variable at 96.6% while the remaining 3.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research.
