SKRIPSI RUGI RUGI TRAFO DAYA 3 FASA EMPAT KAWAT KAPASITAS 630 KVA (STUDI KASUS PT PLN RAYON MAGELANG KOTA)
Transformer in electric power system is a very important component. The magnitude of the efficiency generated by the transformer is influenced by the size of the load and the total loss in the form of the core loss and the copper loss present in the transformer. The transformer's efficiency is the ratio of output (output power) to input (input power). These transformer losses cause the difference between input power and output power. The greater the losses generated on the transformer, the greater the power lost in the transformer. This study aims to determine the efficiency of three phase 4-wire power transformer capacity of 630 kVA in the working area of PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Magelang Kota. The way the research is done by measuring the amount of magnitude on the primary and secondary side of the substation that has been determined at peak load time.The analysis of the transformer loading is 13.17%, while the efficiency value in the phases is R = 92.20%, phase S = 93% and phase T = 95.65%.
