SKRIPSI STUDI EVALUASI BENTUK LONGSORAN
Landslide events known as soil mass movements, artificial or combination, often occur on natural slopes or non-natural slopes and are actually natural phenomena. The purpose of this research is to find out the parameters that influence the landslide and evaluate the form of the avalanche.
This research is conducted by applying an appropriate approach model and in accordance with the condition of a slope area by comparing the height of the soil. Based on this approach it can be used as a reference in determining the magnitude of the collapse of slopes or landslides that occur. The angle of slope used are 90°, 80, 70, 60, 50 and 40". The soil used is a homogeneous soil, sand, mix of the soid and sand.
The results shows that 1) soil parameters affecting the landslides are the weight of soil volume (y), height (H), slope (a) and moisture (w). 2) the greater the slope and proportion of sand, the greater the volume of landslides, 3)the shape of the landslide obtained is in the form of translational slip which has a sloping field in the shape of a sloping land.
