SKRIPSI PENGARUH KONSENTRASI DAN FREKUENSI PEMBERIAN PUPUK DAUN FLORAN TERHADAP HASIL TANAMAN LOMBOK MERAH (CAPSICUM ANUUM L)
An experiment to observe the effect of indole ace- tic acid (IAA) and node number on root growth of tea (Camellia sinensis L) of TRI 2024 in the nursery was ca rried out at tea plantation of Ngagrong, Ampel, Boyola- li from October 1986 until January 1987.
The experiment was designed as a Randomized Com plete Block Design (RCBD) with factorial, consisted of twelve combination treatments in four replication. The first factor is node number: B₁ (third node), B2 (fifth mode), B3 (seventh node) and B₁₄ (nineth node). The se cond factor is indole acetic acid (IAA) concentration: K1 (0 ppm), K2 (10 ppm) and K3 (20 ppm).
The result of experiment shown that the treatments of indole acetic acid (IAA) concentration were not sig- nificantly influence the length of root, number of root, fresh weight of root, fresh weight of shoot and dry weight of root, but significantly influence the length shoot, number of leaves and dry weight of shoot.
of Indole acetic acid (IAA) concentration were not sig nificantly influence all components. Interaction between node number and indole acetic acid (IAA) concentration could not be found from all applied components. The ideal growth of the cutting was achieved by the B3K3 treatments (seventh node and 20 ppm IAA concentration).
